The Role of Healthcare Administrator/Administrative Coordinator

Here, you will be a vital part of the health centre's overall mission: to provide good and safe care and service to our patients. Your main tasks will include medical documentation, diagnostic classification, other healthcare administrative duties, and working at the reception. Additionally, the role involves serving as the IT contact and providing some administrative support to the Operations Manager.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is responsible, structured, meticulous, service-oriented, and flexible. You must be a qualified healthcare administrator or medical secretary. You should have good knowledge of Swedish and the ability to express yourself well, both verbally and in writing. Previous experience with our journal system, Cosmic, is desirable but not required. We want you to be interested in IT, and if you enjoy working with scheduling in Cosmic, it is a plus.
