About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative/Transport Coordinator, you play a key role in daily operations. You are one of the people customers and colleagues turn to when they need help, information, or a solution.

Your workdays will be varied, and the pace can sometimes be high, but you will always have colleagues around you working towards the same goals.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Serving as the first point of contact for customers and internal colleagues via phone and email.
• Answering questions regarding transports and deliveries.
• Handling bookings and administrative tasks.
• Following up on cases and finding solutions.
• Collaborating with various functions within the operation.
• Working in different business and transport systems.

Who are you?

We are primarily looking for you who have the right attitude and a desire to develop. Experience in service is a plus, but most importantly, you are curious, responsible, and enjoy helping others.

We also believe that you:

• Are good at collaborating with others.
• Enjoy a daily routine where the pace varies.
• Are structured and like creating order.
• Have good computer skills.
• Speak and write Swedish fluently and can communicate in English.

Previous experience from logistics or similar tasks is meritorious but not a requirement.
