ABOUT THE WORKPLACE
The Investigation Unit for Elderly Care, LSS (Support and Service Act for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments), and Social Psychiatry is part of the Section for Authority Activities and Municipal Primary Care. Here, a dedicated team of case workers works together to create security and good living conditions for the municipality's residents.
The unit is led by area-specific group leaders and a unit manager who work closely with employees and value a good work environment. We are now strengthening our team further and looking for you who want to develop together with us.

RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Benefit Case Worker, you are responsible for investigating, assessing, making decisions about, ordering, and following up on measures according to the Social Services Act (SoL) for elderly persons, persons under 65 years of age with somatic illness, as well as persons covered by LSS and social psychiatry. The role includes ensuring that the individual receives support and measures based on their individual needs and in accordance with current legislation.
The work is characterized by legal certainty, professionalism, and close collaboration with both internal and external partners. You will become part of a knowledgeable team where collaboration, experience sharing, and support are a natural part of everyday life.
We work according to the "Individual's Needs in Focus" (IBIC) model and use the business system Pulsen Combine.
The position is scheduled during daytime hours.
QUALIFICATIONS
We primarily seek you who have a degree in Social Work. In the second hand, we welcome you with another university-level education that the employer deems equivalent.
It is meritorious if you have experience with authority activities and case processing, as well as good knowledge of current legislation and relevant regulations.
To succeed in the role, you need:
- Good ability to analyze, document, and write investigations.
- Ability to express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
- Good computer skills.
- Valid Category B driver's license.
