We are looking for a temporary Nurse/Group Manager for Tallgården

Are you a licensed nurse and curious about working as a manager/leader? Then you now have the opportunity to try the role of group manager and nurse at Tallgårdens care and housing facility. Through this temporary position, you will receive training in labor law, participate in internal training, and gain experience in leadership.

As a group manager/nurse with us, you are responsible for care and have the overall responsibility for integration within HSL (Health and Medical Services Act) and SoL (Social Services Act). You have personnel responsibility for your assistant nurse group and are responsible for employee supervision, working environment, and conducting development talks.

You report to the operations manager and sit on the local management team.

You will encounter both professional and personal challenges in a developing and educational environment where open dialogue and participation are a matter of course.

Tallgårdens elderly care facility is located in Enebyberg in Danderyd Municipality, with proximity to public transport, including buses to/from Mörby Centrum, Täby Centrum, and Vallentuna.

Qualifications: Licensed Nurse.

Other qualifications: You are proficient in Swedish in both speech and writing. We place great emphasis on personal qualities such as the ability to cooperate. As a person, you are positive and see opportunities before obstacles. You contribute to a good working environment at the workplace, are communicative, structured, and have the ability to work both independently and in a team.

Other: Salary according to agreement. Blomsterfonden applies individual salary setting. The workplace is covered by a collective agreement. The work is during daytime Monday-Friday and every 6th weekend.

Employment type: Fixed-term employment.

Duration: 6 months or longer.

Start date: 2026-09-01 or according to agreement.

End date: 2027-09-01.
