We are now looking for an engaged district nurse who wants to join our wonderful team and continue to contribute to patient care with us. We are looking for you who enjoy working independently, take personal responsibility, and can collaborate in our multidisciplinary team.

Here, you will become part of an inclusive team where we collaborate to achieve our common goals. We have fun together and have a very nice community. Our unit has offices in Årstaberg, so you can easily get here by bus, commuter train, or the Tvärbanan light rail.

About Us
Aleris ASIH is part of the business area Aleris Primary Care, which also includes a specialized palliative care ward, Basic Home Healthcare, Rehab Station, and Uppsala Urgent Care. Our operations have extensive experience in providing ASIH (Advanced Specialized Home Healthcare), and there are currently 9 ASIH teams in the southern parts of Stockholm County. We have high competence and a well-established way of working, as well as running a well-functioning palliative inpatient ward located at Handen Hospital.

Within ASIH, we care for severely ill patients who are treated in their own homes and require advanced healthcare interventions that are otherwise provided in inpatient care. Our goal is to create conditions for the best possible quality of life, regardless of where the patient is treated. This includes, among other things, providing the best possible symptom control and relief based on the patient's own wishes and through high availability around the clock.

Everyone in our multidisciplinary team works closely together to meet the patients' needs in the best possible way. We work person-centered and use the 6 S's as support in our approach. We also actively work on implementing digitalization within healthcare, such as video visits and message reception for the unit.

At ASIH Söderort, you work in multidisciplinary teams with doctors, nurses, occupational therapists, dietitians, social workers, nursing assistants, and physiotherapists to provide our patients with the best care. The atmosphere in the team is open, and we support each other in daily work. We work together, even across the boundaries of our ASIH units if the need arises.

The Role
At ASIH Söderort, we offer stimulating work in a specialized operation that is at the forefront of the field. As a district nurse with us, you will have the opportunity to work in a workplace with well-planned and modern facilities with a very good work climate.
