Job Responsibilities:

The role of a nurse/district nurse involves common tasks at a health centre. The work is primarily within home care, but clinic work can be alternated as needed. The role requires broad competence and independence.

Experience in home care is meritorious, as collaboration and the ability to handle both clinic and home care work are important. At the clinic, we value the ability to work independently with your own patient load.

Qualifications:

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse or district nurse and want to further develop care at Hagalund Health Centre. Experience in primary care and home care is meritorious.

We use the electronic health record system Take Care.

Employment Type:

Fixed-term position with good opportunities for extension. Full-time (100%), part-time may be discussed. Working hours Monday–Friday. Start date by agreement.

• Swedish professional licensure is required, along with good Swedish language skills corresponding to level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). The same requirement applies to non-licensed staff with patient contact.
