We at Attendo are now looking for hourly substitutes for Attendo Vårdbo in Vallentuna. Vårdbo is located in a beautiful natural area of Vallentuna. The facility has 33 places distributed across 4 wards: 1 somatic ward and 3 dementia wards.

About the role

We are looking for an hourly substitute for a vacancy during waking night shifts, working hours 21:00–07:00, as a replacement for staff on leave.

As an hourly substitute, you play a crucial role in creating a safe and stimulating environment for our customers at night. You are responsible for providing good care and support. Creating a positive and safe atmosphere is a major part of your role.

We prefer that you live in Vallentuna Municipality or in a nearby municipality.

Your responsibilities include among other things:

• Personal care according to the facility's routines, based on the customer's individual needs and wishes.
• Light cleaning and laundry. Helping with tasks such as preparing breakfast.
• Perform documentation and work based on decided interventions.
• Collaborate with external and internal contacts, such as relatives, nurses, and rehabilitation staff.

Who are you?

You have experience working waking night shifts within elderly care. You enjoy providing good service, building nice relationships, and want to contribute to the quality of life for our customers. As a person, you are independent, humble, meticulous, and responsible. You are passionate about caring for the elderly, see the individual's needs, and are engaged with their relatives.

You will become part of an engaged employee team that all strive to do that little extra. Therefore, it is important that you are good at collaborating, have a pedagogical approach, and contribute to a good and pleasant atmosphere at the workplace.

Qualifications

• Requirement: Previous experience working waking night shifts.
• Requirement: Good knowledge of the Swedish language (spoken and written).
• Requirement: Good computer skills/computer literacy.
• Requirement: You live in Vallentuna Municipality or a nearby municipality.
• You are a nurse assistant (undersköterska) with a professional certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare.
