Do you want to work in a business where you get to take great responsibility and make a real difference for our residents? We are now looking for two experienced and engaged registered nurses for night shifts at our two nursing homes in Kista and Rinkeby.

About the position

You will be based at one of our nursing homes but may need to work at the other home with short notice if required. As a night nurse, you are responsible for care interventions, medical assessments, and collaboration with care staff to ensure safe and secure care during the night.

You also have an important leadership role and are a support for the night staff in their daily work.

Your role

We work together for a salutogenic elderly care that focuses on what is meaningful for the elderly. Your assignment involves independently and together with colleagues being responsible for assessments, actions, and documentation regarding each resident. Supervision of care staff is an important part of ensuring the quality of care.

Your competence and experience

We are looking for you who are:

• A registered nurse.
• Current and multi-year experience of working within municipal health and social care in elderly care.

We see it as meritorious if you are:

• A specialist-educated nurse in geriatrics/elderly care.

We are looking for you who are professional and confident in your professional role, with a good ability to make independent assessments and act based on the needs of the business and the residents. You are engaged and take responsibility for your work by contributing energy, initiative, and a genuine interest in creating good and safe care. You are meticulous and work structured with a focus on quality in assessments, documentation, and implementation of care interventions.

You are development-oriented and actively contribute to the development of the business by being open to new ways of working and sharing your knowledge and experience. You have good cooperation skills and build trusting relationships through an attentive, respectful, and solution-oriented approach. You are service-oriented and meet residents, relatives, and colleagues with care, respect, and a willingness to find solutions.
