What does the role offer?

As a Customer Receptionist at Euromaster in Varberg, you are the first person customers meet when they arrive at the workshop. This is a central role focused on service, structure, and professional interaction.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Receiving customers at the reception and providing a professional welcome
• Answering incoming calls and emails
• Placing orders and conducting sales
• Administrative tasks related to customer visits and workshop work
• Supporting colleagues in the workshop with simpler tasks

In addition, you contribute to a good work environment, spreading positive energy and job satisfaction within the team.

You will be employed by Effektiv and work as a consultant at Euromaster. The assignment starts with mandatory training from September 17th to September 25th (7 half-days, 08:00–12:00) and runs until the end of November/beginning of December on a full-time basis. You will work weekdays, Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00.

Who are you?

You have a helpful attitude, are easy to collaborate with, and thrive in a dynamic environment. At the same time, you have a good ability to organize your work and communicate clearly with your surroundings.

Furthermore, we see that you:

• Can express yourself fluently in spoken and written Swedish, along with having knowledge of English
• Have good computer and system skills
• Have completed upper secondary education (high school diploma)

Previous experience in customer service, administration, or customer interaction is considered an advantage.
