Your Responsibilities As a Store Associate, your tasks will vary depending on the department you work in. Common duties include unpacking and hanging clothes, fetching stock from the warehouse, replenishing shelves, facing front, sorting merchandise, and ensuring tidiness throughout the store and on the sales floor.

You may also work at one of our 82 exit checkouts, where your main task will be scanning items and processing payments through our various payment solutions. Working at our exit checkouts is a highly social role where you have great opportunities to shape the customer's overall experience through your service and attitude.

You will assist and serve our customers with professionalism, always keeping the customer's best interests in focus. Our goal is to go the extra mile so that every customer leaves with exceeded expectations.

We are looking for someone who

Scope of Work If you are hired at Gekås Ullared this autumn, we can offer a schedule of approximately 3–5 working days per week. There is also the option to work only on weekends and holidays. Our operating hours are between 06:00–22:15, and shifts typically last 6–8 hours. You will work day, evening, and weekend shifts. The employment period runs until mid-December (subject to exceptions).

We offer collective agreement salaries plus shift allowances (OB) under the Swedish Trade Union Collective Agreement.
