About the Job
We are looking for you who like food, people, and sales and want to become part of our wonderful team at Willys Halmstad Öster! The role essentially means that you contribute to our customers being able to buy good and sustainable food at really good prices.
Employment Type: Permanent position, 32 hours per week, probationary period applies.
Start Date: 2026-08-10 or as agreed.
Working Hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends.
Requirements: Upper secondary education, good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written). We welcome applicants of all ages, but with reference to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not hire persons under 18 years of age due to the nature of the tasks.
Here is a bit more about the role:
- You are responsible for and participate in the daily operations in the forecourt shop.
- You are responsible for sales planning and placing orders for goods in your department, and contribute to the store reaching its sales and profitability targets.
- In the forecourt shop, you can work with everything from mail handling to the sale of games, food, and tobacco.
- You meet lots of customers daily, always with great energy, knowledge, attention to detail, and a big smile.

About You
Willys is constantly growing and developing, and you like to do the same. You enjoy learning new things, like being challenged, and are driven by taking greater responsibility. It is also great if:
- You are social, outgoing, and a real pro at customer service.
- You have worked in a store/forecourt shop for a while and are ready to take the next step in your development.
- You have experience and training in ATG, Svenska Spel, and mail handling.
- You are interested in and enjoy talking about sports, such as horse racing or football.
- Experience of similar tasks and responsibilities from previous workplaces is meritorious.
- You see when something needs to be done, roll up your sleeves, and get it done.
- You speak, write, and understand Swedish. Many of our customers speak more languages than that, so if you do too, that is great!
