Welcome to Skogsgläntan, a beautifully nature-surrounded special housing facility located on Orupsbacken, just outside Höör. The facility focuses on somatic care and comprises 26 apartments.

Here, you are offered a pleasant and calm work environment with proximity to beautiful walking areas and good transport links – the bus stops right outside the facility. Our residence also features a fantastic nature garden and a large sunroom that create opportunities for activities and outdoor stays throughout the year.

RESPONSIBILITIES

At Skogsgläntan, our goal is to create a meaningful everyday life for our citizens and give them the opportunity to continue living a social and active life based on their own conditions.

We work based on each citizen's needs, wishes, and resources, where our care work is built on preventive work with a focus on quality. The work involves standard care and support measures within municipal operations, such as personal care, medication delegation, and active documentation in our documentation and handling system. As a nursing assistant, you are a key person in the team surrounding the citizen. Together with colleagues, management, and healthcare staff, we offer our citizens the best possible care.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who:

• is a trained nursing assistant with a protected professional title
• has experience from elderly care, preferably within special housing
• sees it as a given to work preventively and with quality in focus
• has good knowledge of Swedish and can communicate well both verbally and in writing with citizens, relatives, and colleagues
• is accustomed to or has the ability to use digital tools such as computers and mobile phones in daily work

Salary: Monthly salary.
Employment type: Permanent position.
Duration: Permanent, start date: As agreed.
Working hours: Schedule. The position involves varying working hours with shifts scheduled for both day and evening times and weekends according to the roster.

The position will be filled subject to the necessary political decisions being made and provided it is not needed for internal use.
