As an HR Partner at the Individual and Family Administration, you are a natural support for the managers within social services. You work close to the operations, participate in management group work, and provide broad, consultative HR support. We are in an exciting phase of development with changes linked to the new Social Services Act, reforms, and new ways of working. Welcome to us!

Your Responsibilities

You are an important part of our managers' daily lives and a consultative support for all daily HR-related questions. The tasks are varied, developmental, and sometimes challenging, combining operational HR work with long-term development work.

We work with labor law, rehabilitation, working environment, wage formation, competence supply, and the development of our employer brand – yes, essentially the entire employee journey! You also plan and conduct training and workshops for both our managers and employees.

You will become part of a competent and cohesive team that helps each other in daily work. Together with you, we will be three HR Partners and one HR Manager. We all participate in our respective management groups and are the first point of contact for our respective managers within the different operational areas.

Your Qualifications

As a person, you are secure and thrive in meetings with people. It is natural for you to build trusting relationships and to work consultatively to support managers in making well-founded decisions. You contribute to good collaboration with colleagues, managers, and others in your surroundings. Your communication is clear, both oral and written, and you are receptive in dialogue with others. You thrive in an environment where you need to prioritize according to needs and independently drive your processes forward.

You have an education such as in personnel science or behavioral science, or another equivalent. You have experience in HR-oriented work and knowledge of labor law and systematic work environment work. If you have experience in work-oriented rehabilitation and union collaboration, it is meritorious.

The position is a fixed-term employment for nine months, with the possibility of extension.

In connection with the interview, you need to prove your citizenship. You can do this with a passport or alternatively a certificate of personal registration together with an ID document. If you are not a citizen of Sweden, the EU, EEA, or Switzerland, you must show that you have a valid work permit or are exempt from the obligation to have a work permit. Employment can only take place after verification of the work permit, which is required according to the Alien Ordinance.
