Job Description

As a coordinator, you will work with a variety of tasks. Among other things, you will administer and distribute operations for day and evening shifts, and understand and work towards a balanced economy and a safe working environment. The role involves various areas of responsibility, such as working according to the decided quality assurance process within home care according to the Social Services Act, working according to planning processes, documenting in LifeCare, and working in "Mina Planer" (My Plans) to ensure good collaboration when receiving new customers and patients returning home from the hospital. The work also involves preparations for various meetings where you are expected to have an active and supportive role as well as chairing meetings.

In your work, you will collaborate closely with the unit manager and your coordinator colleagues regarding scheduling, monitoring staffing needs, and evaluating temporary staff. You will also ensure staffing planning for temporary staff during absences and periods of high workload, based on the needs of the operation. Part of your job involves coordinating the introduction of newly hired employees.

The coordinator role also involves working out in the home care service. This may concern planned or unplanned care interventions for customers.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are trained as an assistant nurse (undersköterska). To succeed in the role, you need to be accustomed to working in various digital systems and programs and have an aptitude for learning new things. Furthermore, you are confident in your documentation knowledge and willing to be delegated tasks and perform delegated interventions according to the Health and Medical Services Act. You have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, hold a B driving license, and can ride a bicycle. We also assume that you have a good understanding of economics, quality work, and scheduling.

We would appreciate it if you have experience working as a coordinator or in a similar role. It is particularly meritorious if you have held this role within home care. It is also meritorious if you have experience with LifeCare, Mina Planer, and Medvind.
