About the role

The position is located within our Security and Operations Department and entails overall responsibility for planning, leading, developing, implementing, managing, and evaluating Teracom's preparedness and exercise activities, in collaboration with colleagues.

You will work both strategically and operationally to coordinate, develop, and support the company in its preparedness and exercise activities.

The role of Preparedness and Exercise Coordinator is varied and challenging, offering significant opportunities for personal development. You may also be assigned to wartime duties (krigsplacering) in this position.

Responsibilities

• Lead, drive, and develop Teracom's exercise activities, as well as lead and conduct exercises, in collaboration with colleagues.
• Drive and take responsibility for preparedness planning within the organization, together with colleagues.
• Collaborate with relevant partners within the total defense sector.
• Work broadly with security and security protection issues, including implementation, collaboration, and execution.
• Monitor and drive improvement work within the area.

Qualifications

• We are looking for you with a university degree focused on security or equivalent relevant further education in the field, such as political science or officer training.
• You have documented several years of professional experience within the field.
• Experience in strategic work within state-owned companies, authorities, or equivalent experience from the private sector is considered an advantage.
• You have excellent knowledge of security protection work, crisis preparedness, and relevant current legislation.
• Previous experience in coordinating and conducting exercise activities in this area or equivalent is considered an advantage.

Other requirements

• Employment requires passing a drug and alcohol test, background check, and approved security clearance with register check, as the position is classified. Consequently, Swedish or Nordic citizenship is required.
• Valid driver's license, category B.

Travel and work outside regular working hours may occur.
