Bredäng Sätra Health Centre is located in southern Stockholm, close to the metro and bus lines. The area consists of a diverse population ranging from young children to the elderly. Job Responsibilities
The work involves common tasks for an advanced practice nurse or nurse within home healthcare. The position is entirely focused on home healthcare, where you are responsible for scheduled and unscheduled home visits. Depending on operational needs, work at the clinic may occur to a limited extent. Our opening hours are weekdays from 08:00 to 17:00. The schedule is planned in dialogue with the hired employee.
Qualifications
Nursing education with experience in primary care and home healthcare. You must also have good computer skills and experience with the medical record system TakeCare.
An advanced practice nursing education is an advantage.

Employment Type
Permanent position, 100%. Probation period may apply. Start date by agreement.

For patient-facing work within the Stockholm County Council (SLSO):
- A background check is applied before the decision on employment according to SLSO's overarching guidelines for background checks upon employment.
- Employees who will have patient contact must undergo a new employment health examination, according to current directives, which takes place through occupational health services before employment.
- In addition to a Swedish professional license, good knowledge of the Swedish language corresponding to level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) is required. The same requirement applies to non-licensed staff with patient contact.
