Medical Director

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Medical Director who wants to combine medical leadership with driving development and expansion into new markets. The client is an established player in aesthetic medicine. We are now seeking a licensed physician who wants to take overall medical responsibility and become a key player in the company's continued growth.

As Medical Director, you set the standard. You shape medical standards, ensure quality and regulatory compliance, and are a driving force as the business enters new markets. You support clinical teams and play a significant role in the management group. This is a role for you if you want to be visible, influential, and help shape the development.

In addition to medical responsibility, you will have personnel responsibility. You will develop and strengthen the team, create a pleasant work environment, and ensure that every patient receives a consistently professional experience.

We are looking for you who are a licensed physician with strong leadership skills, a natural communicator, and experience with regulatory frameworks in the healthcare sector. You are business-minded and solution-focused.

📍 Stockholm, with some responsibility for operations in other locations as well

🕓 Full-time, permanent position
