Job Responsibilities

Your duties include providing good personal care, daily tasks, social activities, medication management, and documentation. A respectful and welcoming attitude is a key prerequisite for creating trust and a safe environment for our users.

Your role also includes performing delegated health and medical care tasks.

Qualifications

• You are a certified nursing assistant (undersköterska) with a protected title from the National Board of Health and Welfare.
• You are quality- and service-oriented and have experience handling medical technical equipment.
• You must be able to express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
• Good computer skills and experience working with various systems and digital tools.
• Experience from jobs within elderly care is an advantage.

In your work, you are engaged, unpretentious, courageous, and feel secure in your role. You are willing to help colleagues beyond your immediate scope when needed, and are accustomed to collaborating with other professions and relatives.

We disclose salary for the 10th and 90th percentiles: 29,975–35,300 SEK/month. The salary range is stated in accordance with current regulations on salary transparency.
