The Rosti AS injection molding group was acquired in 2010 by Nordstjernan, the Swedish owner of Rosti GP AB. Together, we have a team of 3,500 employees across 12 factories in Europe, Asia, and North America. The operations in Gislaved have been running since 1966 and are today one of Europe's largest suppliers of packaging to the food industry. The Gislaved operations have approximately 90 employees. With a new state-of-the-art production facility under construction, major investments in technology and digitalization, and a clear ambition to continue growing, a lot is happening with us right now. We are investing not only in new facilities and modern production flows but also in the people who will drive the business forward. We are now looking for a Controller who wants to make a difference.

As a Controller at Rosti, you will have a central and business-close role where you will be a key support to the Finance Manager, management, and the operations as a whole. You will become part of an engaged finance team of three people. As a natural part of your work, you will collaborate closely with production, logistics, and other key functions. Through analysis, follow-up, and financial insights, you will help the organization identify opportunities for improvement and create a stronger basis for decision-making.

You will be joining us at an exciting stage where much is already in place, but there are still significant opportunities to further develop how we work with follow-up, analysis, and business management. As the new production facility comes online, new systems are implemented, and the business continues to grow, the role will also evolve. This is an opportunity for you if you want to influence, improve working methods, and shape the future of controlling and financial follow-up in line with Rosti's continued development.

Among other things, you will have the opportunity to:

• Support the Finance Manager in budgeting, forecasting, and follow-up work.
• Develop analyses, reports, and decision-making support for management and operations.
• Analyze production results, inventory, material flows, and profitability.
• Monitor and further develop relevant key performance indicators (KPIs) for production and finance.
• Provide business-close support to production, logistics, maintenance, and other key functions.
• Participate in development projects related to the company's continued growth and the new production facility.
• Contribute to the development of reporting, follow-up, and analysis tools, including Power BI and Dynamics 365.

YOUR PROFILE

We believe you are a curious and analytical person who enjoys understanding the business in depth and turning analyses into insights that create value and lead to better decisions. You have experience in a controller role and thrive in a business-close environment where analysis, follow-up, and business understanding are in focus. Experience from the manufacturing industry is seen as a great advantage. The role involves many contact points, so you enjoy collaborating with different parts of the organization. You have an easy time switching between details and the big picture, see opportunities for improvements, and are driven by developing working methods and processes. Experience with production monitoring, material flows, inventory, cost analyses, or similar is considered meritorious. However, the most important thing for us is that you have a genuine interest in the business and a willingness to contribute to our continued journey of development. You communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
