About the Role

In this role, you will serve as an important support within information security and document management. The role includes among other things:

  • Handling and development of documents
  • Quality assurance and improvement of existing documents
  • Support within GDPR and personal data management
  • Handling the release of public documents
  • Administration related to document management

The position is a consultancy assignment via OnePartnerGroup, but you will work on-site at our client's premises in Linköping during office hours on weekdays, with some possibility of remote work. The assignment runs until the end of December 2026, with a possible extension. We are looking for you who want to work 40–60% and who have another main occupation.

About You

We are looking for you who have previous experience with administrative tasks. We place great emphasis on personal suitability and seek qualities such as initiative, social competence, engagement, curiosity, and drive. You master Swedish well in speech and writing and have good computer skills. It is meritorious if you have previous experience with document management, GDPR, and administration related to document management.
