Job Description

In this role, you will have significant responsibility for translating business needs into structured documentation. Since future specific system vendors have not yet been selected, the focus is on proactively aligning and securing information supply with the target architecture to avoid bottlenecks further down the line. You will work both bottom-up (based on operational needs) and top-down (based on market plans and best practices).

Your main responsibilities:

• Requirements Mapping: Identify, analyze, and document information needs, scope, and use cases from various parts of the organization.
• Architecture Support: Deliver clear, packaged, and usable information documentation so that information architects can quickly match them against system data points.
• Traceability: Ensure traceability where requirements and information documentation are matched against both existing systems and future target structures.
• Collaboration: Drive dialogue and collaborate closely with information supply stream leaders, business representatives, as well as architects and modelers from different business units.

Essential Requirements

We are looking for a senior profile with substantial experience in information-intensive environments and a strong ability to structure ambiguously documented requirements. To fit the role, you have:

• At least 3 years of experience in a leading or coordinating role within requirements management.
• At least 5 years of experience as a requirements analyst with a focus on data access and complex information flows.
• At least 3 years of experience in requirements analysis within banking, insurance, or a similar financial environment.
• At least 3 years of experience in requirements analysis directed towards CRM systems.
• Fluency in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Desirable Requirements

• Experience in requirements analysis within Marketing Automation (MA) is highly desirable.
