Currently, the home care services at Gullmarsplan and Enskede are looking for you who want to work as an hourly substitute for us. Here, you create security and contribute to ensuring that our elderly residents in Stockholm have a meaningful and functional daily life. The interventions are designed to strengthen the individual's resources so that they can live an independent life.

We need hourly substitutes who can work day, evening, and weekend shifts. Our coverage area includes Gullmarsplan, Globen, Enskede, and Dalen. Read more about what it is like to work in Stockholm City's elderly care.

Your role

We can offer you a fun and stimulating job where you provide security and well-being to our care recipients every day! Our work means having the care recipient in focus in everything we do. All our meetings with those we help should be characterized by warmth, engagement, and good service.

Your main tasks are to perform care and service interventions in the care recipient's home, for example:

• Nursing and personal care
• Cooking, grocery shopping, and cleaning
• Accompaniment and social interaction

Your skills and experience

We are looking for you who:

• Are a trained assistant nurse (undersköterska) or are studying to become one.
• Have good Swedish skills in both speech and writing.

Previous experience working in home care services is an advantage.

As a person, you are attentive to our customers' needs and want to add value to their lives. The job places high demands on flexibility, teamwork, initiative, problem-solving, and technical knowledge.

Enskede Årsta Vantör is one of 11 district administrations in Stockholm City. As part of Stockholm City, the administration offers preschools and leisure activities, care for the elderly and people with disabilities, social services, preventive and safety-enhancing work, urban development, and park maintenance to our 105,000 residents in the district. We face exciting challenges as the Enskede Årsta Vantör district grows and entirely new neighborhoods are built. Approximately 18,000 new apartments are planned by the year 2030.

To work with the elderly and people with disabilities in their homes for Stockholm City, you must show an extract from the criminal record register. The extract must not be older than 6 months from the date of issue.
