Your Role

As an IT Service Owner, you are responsible for the overall delivery and further development of the services within your area of responsibility, with a special focus on the value the service creates for users. You will be part of the Shared and Corporate area, which is responsible for the company-wide delivery of application services within areas such as HR, document management, corporate communication, and project management.

In this role, you will:

• Be responsible for the administration, operation, and delivery of defined services according to the service levels agreed upon with the business.
• Plan, organize, lead, and coordinate work at the tactical level to achieve set goals and results with available resources.
• Manage suppliers and act as the contract owner.
• Lead relevant governance and collaboration forums together with stakeholders and key suppliers within your area of responsibility.
• Ensure that teams have access to the right resources and competencies.
• Plan, develop, lead, and follow up on work within the team.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who has:

• An academic degree in IT or equivalent work experience.
• Good understanding of work processes and ways of working in larger organizations.
• Good knowledge and experience of larger business-critical applications and enterprise solutions.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Experience working with frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001 as well as ITSM tools like ServiceNow and Jira.
• Knowledge and experience of ITIL and agile working methods.
• Several years of experience in leadership roles and being responsible for operational teams.
• Experience delivering application services in an agile organization.
• Experience with IT sourcing and supplier management.
• Experience with both internal and outsourced delivery models.
• Very good ability to manage and develop relationships with various stakeholders.
• Experience with budgeting, cost control, and license management.
• Experience working with security standards such as the ISO 27000 series, NIST, and CMMC.

The position requires that you undergo and are approved according to the currently applicable security regulations. For positions where Saab has requirements for security clearance, this may, in some cases, entail requirements for specific citizenship.
