The FVV West area works with work injury insurance as well as sickness and activity compensation. We are now looking for a Collaboration Manager.
Strategic support, collaboration and partnerships
As a regional Collaboration Manager, you provide strategic support to the department's management group in the work on structural collaboration within the departments for temporarily reduced work capacity, functional impairment, and new arrivals in Sweden or job seekers. You work closely with managers, other support functions, and case officers. Your work contributes to providing good conditions for employees at the local level to meet the needs of the insured. You feed back knowledge and experiences from various collaboration activities to area and unit managers, employees, and business developers via national forums. In your work, you participate in national, regional, and local collaboration projects. As an employee at Försäkringskassan, you have a high level of security awareness as the agency handles confidential information.
You work with preventive measures and initiatives aimed at facilitating a faster return to the labor market and increased participation in working life or other aspects of societal life for people in need of support. You collaborate primarily with various external partners, such as healthcare providers, employers, the Swedish Public Employment Service (Arbetsförmedlingen), municipalities, and representatives of industry and interest organizations. In external contexts, you represent the agency Försäkringskassan. Travel within Västra Götaland and Halland is part of this position.

- have a university degree or equivalent experience and qualifications
- have the ability to build a useful network

- can understand and analyze complex issues
- have good communication skills, both verbal and written.
It is an advantage if you
- have knowledge of social insurance, particularly sickness and activity compensation as well as sickness benefits
- have knowledge/experience of working with collaboration between different organizations, especially at a structural level
- have general knowledge/experience from one or more of the organizations that Försäkringskassan collaborates with
- have a driver's license for passenger cars.

Other information
One position, permanent, full-time, with start date as agreed. Probationary period may apply. Some positions involve participation in security-sensitive operations. To be employed in such a position, a successful security clearance according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) is required.
In accordance with Försäkringskassan's security guidelines, background checks are conducted in this recruitment. Remote work is possible if the job allows. In this recruitment, work psychological tests may be used as part of the selection process. Location: Gothenburg.
