We are now looking for a Accounting Manager at our headquarters in Gothenburg – a key role in a Swedish growth company with an international presence, where entrepreneurial spirit, quality, and long-term perspective permeate everything we do.

In this role, you will have overall responsibility for the accounting in all our companies and become a central part of our continued growth journey. You are responsible for ensuring high quality in financial reporting while driving improvements and developing efficient processes that support the business.

This is a broad and operational role for you who thrive close to the business, enjoy taking ownership, and want to combine qualified accounting work with development and change. You will become an important part of an engaged finance team of three people, where you have significant mandate to influence – with the opportunity to help shape a modern and scalable finance function for the next phase of North Trampoline's journey.

You report to the company's CFO.

• Full responsibility for the company's accounting
• Ongoing bookkeeping and reconciliations
• Monthly and annual closing
• AR and AP management
• VAT and tax declarations for multiple companies and countries
• Ensuring quality and structure in accounting processes
• Contact with auditors and external consultants
• Driving improvement and efficiency work within finance and administration
• Managing intercompany balances and international flows
• Overall responsibility for payroll, including contact with payroll consultants

We are looking for you who are a confident and independent accountant with strong self-drive and a willingness to take responsibility. You thrive in a broad and operational role where you can combine qualified accounting work with the opportunity to develop and improve ways of working and processes.

To succeed in the role, we see that you have:

• At least 7 years of experience in qualified accounting work and independent execution of monthly and annual closings.
• Post-secondary education in economics/accounting or similar.
• Experience taking overall responsibility for accounting in several group companies.
• Experience with international VAT and accounting in several legal entities.
• Good system proficiency and experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Experience with group accounting.

It is meritorious if you also have:

• Experience from e-commerce or other international and fast-changing operations.
• Experience in streamlining and developing finance processes.
