We are looking for a Senior Investigator who wants to lead and coordinate complex investigations, government assignments, and other priority tasks in an organization with significant societal responsibility.
About the Role
As an investigator with us, you support managers and operations in investigation and analysis matters. You work both independently and in close collaboration with other investigators, experts, and cross-functional teams that develop and maintain our digital services.
The role entails specific responsibility for initiating, leading, and executing government assignments and other priority tasks, from planning to coordination, preparation, and final delivery.
You lead investigations from start to finish, producing reports, consultation responses, decision-making materials, and analyses, while coordinating internal and external issues and meetings. You provide qualified support to the operations by ensuring high quality in language, analysis, and structure, and serve as a support in matters where knowledge of the Government Offices' processes and requirements is important.
About the Unit
Within the Assignment Unit, investigators work with government assignments, investigations, and consultations. The Assignment Unit belongs to the Medicines Division, which is responsible for some of Sweden's most critical digital services for safe and efficient medicine management. Here, we develop and maintain national e-health services for healthcare, pharmacies, and citizens, including: The National Medicines List, Läkemedelskollen, Pharmacological Analysis, and Prescribing Control.
The division works for a good user experience, high accessibility, and long-term sustainable digital solutions.
About You
You are analytical, structured, and have the ability to drive complex issues forward where multiple perspectives need to be weighed together. You build trusting collaborations, navigate well between different interests, and communicate clearly with both experts and other stakeholders. You are secure, non-hierarchical, and professional in your contact with others. You have a good ability to create engagement and coordinate work between different actors to ensure progress and results.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Relevant academic education in fields such as social sciences, law, political science, economics, or other education that the employer deems equivalent.
- At least five years of work experience in independently planning, leading, and executing qualified investigations, analyses, development, and coordination assignments within a government agency, region, or municipality.
- Work experience in project management and change management.
- Work experience in leading or coordinating complex cross-organizational assignments with multiple stakeholders.
- Work experience in producing high-quality reports, decision-making materials, memorandums, and presentations, as well as supporting managers and operations in complex issues.
- Very good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish.
The following qualifications are meritorious:
- Work experience from the healthcare sector.
- Work experience in steering, follow-up, and decision-making processes within government operations.
- Work experience in project managing digital development or change projects.
- Work experience in working according to agile methods and frameworks, such as SAFe.
