Do you want to work in a broad administrative role where you can combine finance, HR, and payroll administration in a business-oriented environment? Lernia is now looking for a Finance/HR Administrator for Teknia. This role is perfect for you if you enjoy administrative tasks, have good organizational skills, and want to be a key part of daily operations.

About the Role

As a Finance/HR Administrator, you will have a central role focusing on administration within both HR and finance. You will primarily work with payroll data, time reports, and administrative issues related to personnel management. It is important that you understand working time regulations and can ensure that administration is handled correctly and efficiently.

On the finance side, you will mainly handle invoice processing, both incoming and outgoing invoices. In addition, other administrative tasks may arise depending on the business needs.

You will become part of a team where you will receive support and introduction to internal systems and routines.

About You

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, structured, and responsible. You thrive with administrative tasks and have the ability to handle multiple cases in parallel while working methodically and with high quality.

You are service-oriented, cooperative, and appreciate contact areas within the organization. Furthermore, you pick up new systems and work processes easily.

Formal Competence

  • Experience in administrative work within finance, HR, or payroll administration
  • Experience with payroll data, time reporting, or similar administrative processes
  • Basic knowledge of invoice processing
  • Good computer skills and experience with business or personnel systems
  • Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing

Merits

  • Experience with payroll administration
  • Knowledge of working time regulations and collective agreements
  • Experience from manufacturing industry or production operations
  • Experience in financial administration beyond invoice processing
