Capio Alva BUMM is an established pediatric and adolescent medicine practice with several clinics in Stockholm. We have now opened a new clinic in Södertälje, located in Geneta, where we provide care commissioned by the region.

The clinic is newly established and located in newly renovated, modern premises with a calm and pleasant environment. The smaller unit, with close collaboration between professions, creates good conditions for short decision-making paths, flexibility, and strong teamwork.

Our team includes pediatricians with various specialist competencies, pediatric nurses, and eventually psychologists. Together, we meet children for assessment, treatment, and follow-up of both common and more complex pediatric conditions. Our patient groups include, among others, asthma and allergies, gastrointestinal issues, growth deviations, obesity, and neuropsychiatric conditions.

The practice is in a setup phase where routines and working methods are being shaped, offering great opportunities to influence both work methods and direction. We have a strong tradition of education and actively work with competence development, supervision, and knowledge exchange between our units.

We value your professional development through continuous internal and external supervision, as well as good opportunities for further education. Together with psychologist colleagues at sister clinics at Medborgarplatsen and Hagastaden, we actively work with workshops and joint practice development.

We are looking for you who are a licensed psychologist and want to work with children and young people aged 6–17 years.

In this role, you will meet children and families with mild to moderate mental health issues for assessment, treatment, and parental support interventions. The work also includes neuropsychiatric assessments where you work in close collaboration with pediatricians or child psychiatrists in a team.

We work according to a stepped care model where interventions are given at different levels – from counseling, lectures, and psychoeducation to group and individual treatment.

A typical work week contains a combination of treatment work, assessments, teamwork, and supervision.

We are looking for you who are a licensed psychologist with at least two years of experience working with children and young people. You have a good ability to work independently and structured, while also thriving in a team and contributing actively to joint development. You are engaged, proactive, and preferably have a CBT orientation. Experience with neuropsychiatric assessments is an advantage.
