You will be part of a team consisting of care staff, physiotherapists, and nurses. An important part of your role is to supervise the care staff so that together you can provide each resident with the best possible quality of life. The work involves both acute and planned interventions.

As an Occupational Therapist at Sköndalsvillan, you help our residents maintain their independence in daily life. You are responsible for ensuring that residents receive good and safe care and treatment. You work actively to build good relationships with residents, their relatives, and other healthcare providers.

We need to ensure that you, as an applicant, have the right to work in Sweden. If you proceed in the recruitment process, we will request documentation proving your right to work in Sweden.

To thrive in the role of Occupational Therapist with us, you need to be meticulous and organized in your work. You work independently and have strong problem-solving skills. Since your role involves many different contacts, it is important that you have good collaboration skills and feel comfortable supervising care staff. You act from a professional attitude with a high sense of service, always keeping the best interests of the resident and the organization in mind. We look for someone with great commitment and the desire to drive an elderly care service of the highest quality, as well as a strong interest in quality development.

The position is a full-time (100%) role during daytime hours, Monday–Friday. The employment is permanent and begins with a probationary period.
