Occupational Health Physician - Kry Business

Help shape the future of occupational health services

About Kry Business

Kry Business is a new and growing business unit within occupational health care, where we combine Kry's strong resources with personal meetings and broad clinical competence that truly makes a difference for individuals and organizations.

We are a company in motion. Here, we don't just talk about change, we live it. This means that when you join us, you won't step into a finished structure, but into an operation we are building together. It's a bit more challenging, and significantly more fun.

Why Kry Business? We believe that good care and sustainable organizations go hand in hand. Therefore, we build our work on evidence-based methods, structured interventions, and a long-term perspective, both for the individual and the organization.

We believe that occupational health requires a holistic approach. At Kry, doctors, psychologists, nurses, and organizational consultants work closely together in cross-professional teams. This allows you to take broad clinical responsibility while working closely with employers, managers, and HR in a way that creates real change. At the same time, we are an operation that wants to contribute to the development of occupational health and work-related psychiatry. This means we continuously develop our working methods, integrate new knowledge, and work closely with both managers and organizations to create real change.

Here, there is room for professional judgment, interdisciplinary collaboration, and active participation in the development of the operation.

What you actually do As an Occupational Health Physician, you are responsible for the medical work within occupational health care. In practice, this means that you:

  • Investigate, assess, and treat patients with work-related ill health - both physical and mental
  • Perform fitness for work assessments and medical examinations according to current regulations
  • Handle sick leave, rehabilitation, and support during return to work
  • Collaborate with employers, HR, and the Swedish Social Insurance Agency in complex cases
  • Contribute to preventive work and early identification of ill health at individual and organizational levels
  • Work consultatively towards client companies and contribute medical competence to organizational issues
  • Actively help shape our working methods, guidelines, and clinical processes

The work is characterized by variation, clinical responsibility, and a clear focus on sustainable results for both individuals and organizations.

Who we are looking for You are a licensed physician with specialist eligibility in occupational and environmental medicine or general practice, preferably with experience or interest in occupational health care. If you already have experience with OHC work, it is a clear advantage, but the most important thing is who you are and how you think.

We hope that you:

  • Thrive in a changing context and see it as an opportunity rather than a hindrance
  • Take responsibility, are self-reliant, and get things done without needing a finished manual
  • Have a genuine interest in the meeting with the patient and the ability to see the individual in their work-life context
  • Enjoy collaborating and contribute to a good climate in the team
  • Want to be part of building something, not just managing something existing

Career and development opportunities Since we are building up Kry Occupational Health now, there are opportunities to take broader responsibility and grow with the operation.

We offer opportunities to engage in development work, work more consultatively towards organizations, and we encourage initiative, specialization, and further education in relevant areas.
