As a nurse, you are central to the patient's care. You are the designated care contact and coordinate interventions around the patient. You work independently, but never alone – around you is a multidisciplinary team of colleagues with whom you collaborate closely. Meet our nurses (#).

Main responsibilities:

• Consultation (including telephone)
• Sampling and medication follow-up
• Care planning and annual check-ups
• Patient and next-of-kin education
• Registration in quality registers

We work with measurement-based care, where treatment is followed up using validated rating scales together with the patient. This increases participation and enables individualized treatment that creates real value for the patient. Follow-up is digital, which reduces administrative burden and frees up more time for what you are passionate about – patient contact.

WeMind Tyresö is a general psychiatric clinic responsible for all specialized outpatient psychiatry for residents of Tyresö Municipality. We offer a well-structured workplace with high job satisfaction, short decision-making paths, and close leadership.

The clinic is located in fine premises centrally in Tyresö, with easy access to public transport and a wide selection of restaurants and cafés nearby. • Specialist Nurse in Psychiatry – or alternatively, a licensed Nurse
• Experience in outpatient psychiatry is an advantage
