With Pamoja, you work both freely and securely. The job is perfect for you if you are looking for a part-time job with great flexibility. You can change your schedule all the way up until 23:59 the day before you are scheduled to work.

We are now looking for you who want to work in after-school care (fritids) with children from preschool class to grade 6. When you work in after-school care, the day often starts in the classroom where you support the teachers. In the afternoon, the activity shifts to after-school care with a focus on social community through play, movement, and creative activities.

Pamoja is the largest provider of substitutes for schools in Sweden. We have agreements with many municipalities and schools and offer a wide range of exciting assignments.

How the job works

You often work on short notice (same morning). You can work a lot or a little, often or rarely. Which tasks you will work with will be agreed upon when you are employed. You are then always personally matched to your assignments (based on your preferences and skills).

You manage the job easily in our smart app. In addition, you always have personal contact with our support team who supports you when you need it – before, during, and after work. You work securely with a collective agreement. Of course, you receive a proper introduction to the job before you start.

What do you need to be able to do?

• You need to have a high school diploma.
• You need to have experience working with children and young people in preschool, primary school, or other educational activities. You also need to be ready to take responsibility and initiative and have a willingness to collaborate with others.
• You have great freedom to change your schedule, but you need to be ready to work as you promise.
• You need to be able to work at least 2 days a week (Are you a student? Then you need to be able to work at least 1 day/week).
• You should want to be a good role model for everyone you meet at work!
