Exciting things are happening at ICA Nära Effkå, and therefore we are now looking for a Fruit and Vegetable Manager who wants to help develop our fruit and vegetable department.

About the position

As the Fruit and Vegetable Manager, you are responsible for the daily operations of the department. You ensure that the fruit and vegetable department is always fresh, well-stocked, and sales-oriented, while actively working with orders, display, product care, and customer service.

We are looking for someone who likes to take responsibility, has an eye for detail, and wants to develop both the department and the store together with an engaged team.

We are looking for you who

• Have previous experience in departmental responsibility within the grocery retail industry.
• Enjoy working operationally and taking responsibility for daily operations.
• Have a strong interest in sales, fresh produce, and customer service.
• Are structured, responsible, and solution-oriented.
• Enjoy working in a team and contributing to a positive work environment.
