We are growing and are now looking for more skilled subcontractors/freelancers who want to work together with us on exciting assignments for our customers.

About the assignments

Our mission is to make our customers' information and technical documentation easy to find, easy to understand, and easy to use. We often work in roles such as:

• Information Specialists
• Technical Writer
• Document Controller
• Documentation Specialists
• Documentation Engineers

Our customers are found in many different industries, and the assignments vary from short-term specialist interventions to longer consulting engagements. We primarily work in Stockholm and the surrounding area, but we also have assignments in other locations. Most of our assignments are performed on-site at the customer's premises, but good opportunities for hybrid work are often provided.

About being a subcontractor for Dokumentera

We always strive for the best possible match between assignment and consultant, and we also make sure to provide the best possible support and assistance in the assignments. We like to help each other, so there is always someone to ask. You will have ongoing contact with the responsible salesperson throughout the duration of the assignment. When you collaborate with us, you are also invited to our consultant meetings and events, and you can participate as much as you wish.

We are looking for you who:

• Have several years of experience in technical documentation or information management.
• Have worked as a technical writer, document controller, or in a similar role.
• Have a structured approach to work and preferably experience in project work.
• Are meticulous, responsible, and solution-oriented.
• Have a good understanding of technology/IT.
• Have very good knowledge of Swedish and English.
• Have post-secondary education, preferably within technology/IT.
• Enjoy the consulting role and like creating value for the customer.
