Our Recruitment Process We work with a structured and anonymized recruitment process to minimize the risk of unconscious bias and ensure a fair assessment. Each recruitment is based on clearly defined "must-have" requirements. If you meet these, you automatically move on to the next step in the process.
As part of the selection process, we use work psychological tests. The purpose is to create an objective and well-founded holistic assessment. Through the tests, we gain a deeper understanding of your personal traits, problem-solving abilities, and potential in relation to the role.
We use Assessios MAP and Matrigma – scientifically developed and quality-assured tools that measure job-related competencies, cognitive ability, and potential risk areas. The tests are a complement to other parts of the process and help us match the right person to the right role.
You will receive more information about the tests when it becomes relevant for you.
Once the application period has ended, we conduct a comprehensive review of the candidates and invite a selection to the first interview. Application Please submit your application no later than Sunday, August 16.
We begin the selection process only after the application period has ended. This means that all applications are processed only after the deadline has passed.
