You will step into a key role in a larger Data & AI program where architecture, security, and governance need to align from strategy to execution. The workflow you lead sets the framework for how data, AI, and agentic AI solutions are developed in a secure, scalable, and responsible manner within a complex organization.

You work closely with the chief architect, domain architects, security functions, platform teams, and other workflows to turn goals into concrete deliverables. The role combines leadership, coordination, and follow-up with a clear responsibility for making priorities, dependencies, and governance work in practice.

• You lead and coordinate the workflow within architecture, security, and Responsible AI.
• You plan, prioritize, and follow up on deliverables, activities, milestones, risks, economics, and resource needs.
• You ensure collaboration between the workflow and other parts of the Data & AI program, as well as coordinate dependencies with program management and line organization.
• You drive work on target architecture, architecture principles, solution patterns, reference architecture, and guardrails for Data and AI initiatives.
• You establish and further develop AI governance, including AI governance, model governance, and Responsible AI.
• You coordinate issues related to information security, cyber security, identity management, and privacy linked to Data & AI.
• You ensure that architecture, security, and regulatory requirements are integrated into the program's deliverables.
• You produce decision support materials, status reports, and impact analyses, and lead workshops, planning meetings, and architecture forums.

• You have at least eight years of experience in program, project, or transformation leadership in complex IT and business initiatives.
• You have documented experience leading cross-functional teams with architects, security specialists, and technical experts.
• You have experience with Data and AI transformation, IT architecture, or digital transformation.
• You have a good understanding of enterprise, domain, and solution architecture.
• You have good knowledge of AI, AI governance, information security, cyber security, and regulatory requirements.
• You have experience with governance, risk management, and follow-up in larger programs.
• You have the ability to translate strategic goals into concrete plans and execution.
• You have very good communication skills in Swedish and English.
