To Doktor.se Sävedalen Health Center, we are now looking for an engaged District Nurse who wants to become part of a wonderful team and participate in developing the primary care of the future together with us.

About the role

As a District Nurse at Doktor.se Sävedalen Health Center, you work in a patient-based and evidence-based manner. You are professional in your interactions and always prioritize putting the patient first.

Examples of tasks:

• Standard reception duties
• Triage and acute patient flows
• Telephone advice
• Chat-based advice
• Contribute to the development of primary care by implementing digital-physical processes

About you

We are looking for someone who is innovative, flexible, service-oriented, and communicative. You are confident in your professional role and appreciate working in a changing environment where you have the opportunity to make an impact. You are accustomed to working both in teams and independently.

We are looking for you with the following qualifications:

• Licensed District Nurse
• Experience working at a Child Health Center (BVC)
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

It is an advantage if you also have:

• Experience working as a rehabilitation coordinator
• Supervisor training

More practical details

• The desired start date is as soon as possible, but we naturally take your notice period and preferences into account.
• The position is a permanent employment with an initial probationary period.
• Your main placement will be at our Health Center in Sävedalen, but since we also have the Adinahälsan Health Center in Nol, there may be opportunities to work there as well.
