Tydal is located one and a half hours from Røros and Trondheim, and one hour from Trondheim Airport Værnes. It is a mountain community with many fantastic opportunities. The position of occupational therapist is organized within the health and medical services and cooperates closely with doctors, physiotherapists, school nurses/district nurses, addiction and mental health services, special housing, and home care. We value close interprofessional collaboration, and you will have colleagues with high professional competence.

Duties:

• Mapping and adaptation of interventions
• Prescription and provision of assistive devices
• Interprofessional collaboration with other municipal activities
• Participation in responsibility groups and other cooperation groups
• Contact person within the vision and hearing area (vision and hearing ombudsman)

Qualifications:

• Licensure as an occupational therapist (Norwegian authorization)
• Good knowledge of a Scandinavian language, both oral and written
• Good digital competence
• Category B driver's license
• A clean criminal record extract must be presented prior to commencement
• Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability
