About the Job
Hammar Maskin is growing and is now looking for several service technicians with varying levels of experience and backgrounds for our facility in Olsfors. For some positions, the focus is on qualified workshop work, while other roles may also include field service at the customer's site. For those with the right experience and interest, there is also an opportunity to periodically contribute to coordination, planning, and support for the Service Manager in daily operations.

Job Description
As a service technician with us, you work with service, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of our products. The work takes place primarily in our workshop in Olsfors, where you work with both new and used machines, as well as customer machines that need attention. We offer a varied role where the job content can be adapted based on your experience, competence, and interest. Examples of tasks:
- Service, maintenance, and repair of Hammar side loaders.
- Troubleshooting within hydraulics, mechanics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.
- Conversions, upgrades, and customer-specific adaptations.
- Warranty, complaint, and service cases.
- Delivery checks and functional testing of machines.
- Technical support to customers and colleagues.
- Documentation of completed work.
For some positions, the role may also include:
- Field service and emergency service interventions at the customer's site.
- Customer visits with Hammar's new service vehicle.
- Coordination and prioritization of work in the workshop.
- Support to the Service Manager in daily operations.
- Temporary increased responsibility during absences, peak workloads, or special projects.
Qualifications
We are looking for you who have:
- Experience in service, maintenance, or repair of construction machinery, heavy vehicles, agricultural machinery, or similar equipment.
- Good knowledge of hydraulics, mechanics, and electrical systems.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and documentation.
- Good computer skills.
- Valid driver's license (Category B).
- Counterbalance forklift license is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Advantageous:
- Experience in field service.
- Experience in planning, coordination, or team leading.
- Forklift license.
- Experience in welding and machine construction.
- Experience in customer contact and technical support.
