Experienced Auto Mechanic Wanted at SweAuto in Gothenburg

About the Role

SweAuto is now looking for an experienced and dedicated auto mechanic to join our team in Gothenburg. We are a growing workshop specializing in service, troubleshooting, and repair of passenger cars from various brands. We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in vehicles who wants to help develop our business alongside us.

Responsibilities

• Service according to manufacturer intervals
• Troubleshooting using diagnostic equipment
• Repair of engines, brakes, and chassis
• Clutch and timing belt replacements
• Replacement of springs, shock absorbers, and other wear parts
• Diagnosis and repair of electrical faults
• Tire changing and mounting using the workshop's tire machine
• General workshop duties

Who We Are Looking For

• At least 3 years of experience as an auto mechanic
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for your own tasks
• Experience with troubleshooting and diagnostic work
• Meticulous, reliable, and solution-oriented
• Valid B driver's license
• Ability to communicate in Swedish or English

Experience with BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Volvo, Volkswagen, Audi, Skoda, Seat, and Toyota is considered an asset.
