Maintenance Technician

Do you want to work in a technically varied role where your contribution makes a real difference every day? We are expanding our maintenance department and are now looking for two dedicated maintenance technicians. With us, you will become a key person in ensuring operational reliability, availability, and development in our production.

Your role

As a maintenance technician, you work close to production with both urgent interventions and long-term improvement work. The role combines practical work with troubleshooting, analysis, and development.

Examples of tasks

• Troubleshooting and repair of machines and equipment
• Preventive and corrective maintenance
• Support and dialogue with operators
• Participation in improvement and development work

Your profile

We are looking for you who have a genuine interest in technology and thrive in a practical role where you get to solve problems.

We believe you have:

• Experience in maintenance within industry or similar
• Good mechanical understanding
• Ability to work in a structured, independent, and team-oriented manner

Advantageous qualifications:

• Electrical knowledge (low voltage)
• Experience with pneumatics/hydraulics
• Background in machining (turning/milling/grinding)
• Experience with stamping or press tools
• Troubleshooting within CNC/PLC

Our production includes

• Stamping, cutting, welding, grinding, turning, milling, assembly, powder coating, balancing, and hardening.
