SUMMER JOB AT TJÖRN BRO ARENA!

We are looking for you with extensive experience in property maintenance!

We are an apartment hotel with approximately 40 apartments across three categories. We also have conference rooms, a pool, and a trampoline park. Additionally, we have a caravan park and a camping site! At Tjörnbro Arena, there is a lot of movement of people across our large areas, restaurant, and camping section. To us, community is important; we are a small group that enjoys working together, and everyone is welcome!

We expect you to have experience with mowing grass and handling machinery, such as trimmers, blowers, ride-on mowers, screwdrivers, saws, etc. Light carpentry work occurs daily. Simpler craftsmanship tasks such as assembling furniture and replacing broken parts are also included. We expect you to be able to assist our tenants, troubleshoot, and find solutions to problems that arise in the apartments. You will collaborate closely with the reception and the restaurant.

Your daily tasks vary and consist of extensive maintenance of green areas, pool management, care of smaller machinery, waste management, and simpler carpentry jobs. You will also work with two younger summer employees. Therefore, we view it positively if you are slightly older and have significant experience!

We believe you have worked with this type of job for several years and are self-motivated. When knowledge is insufficient, you call in a qualified technician. You make your own decisions and are not afraid to take initiative. We believe you can be a reliable colleague who enjoys working.

We offer full-time employment immediately until week 35.

The work is also scheduled on weekends and in the evenings.

Salary according to agreement.
