Quality Hotel™ 11 & Eriksbergshallen requires care, attention, and someone you can rely on when things do not go according to plan. Hundreds of guests visit us every week, which can lead to both damage and wear and tear. Therefore, we need someone with strong competence in the operation of commercial buildings.

We are now looking for Maintenance Staff who can ensure that the hotel is well-maintained and that the desired standard is upheld. This is a job that requires you to be hands-on and have a good understanding of technical solutions.

Curious about what the role entails?

• Daily operation of the building.
• Comply with authority requirements and adhere to the laws and regulations required.
• Monitor and follow up on energy consumption and ensure that the hotel always performs according to the chain's environmental index.
• Manage our suppliers and service agreements.
• Daily maintenance ranging from painting and patching to maintenance of outdoor areas.
• You understand that the guest always comes first and ensures that all functions and facilities at the hotel are always available to guests.
• You strive to work as sustainably as possible.

Does this sound like you?

• You have a technical background with experience in operation and complex buildings.
• You must enjoy problem-solving, be flexible, and be able to step in with short notice.
• We also wish for you to be flexible, have a good mood, good communication skills, be hardworking, and conscientious.
• You must be organized, structured, and clear.
• Experience in maintaining commercial buildings or hotels is a plus.

About Quality Hotel™

Quality Hotel 11 & Eriksbergshallen is located along the waterfront at Eriksberg in the converted shipyard houses. Here, Gothenburg's solid history meets today's Scandinavian design at the hotel, which has 259 rooms, a wellness section, an à la carte restaurant, and an outdoor terrace with a lovely view of the river from the 6th floor. Our conference department, Eriksbergshallen, is Gothenburg's second-largest conference and exhibition hall, accommodating up to 2,000 people.
