Hjärtums Elförening ek. för. distributes electricity to the western part of Lilla Edet municipality, including Hjärtum, Ström, and Västerlanda. We currently have approximately 2,000 subscribers, and the total distributed energy amounts to approximately 26,000 MWh per year. Our grid is a typical rural network without major industries.

Your Role as Line Technician

In this role, you will work on projects for the renovation and new construction of local grids. The projects are carefully planned and run for varying durations. Everything we do is characterized by high safety standards, from planning to execution.

Your Qualifications

• Electrical or construction technical education at the upper secondary level, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in line construction and electrical power assembly on local, regional, or transmission grids is advantageous.
• Ability to work at heights is a requirement.
• Local knowledge is advantageous but not a requirement.

Other Requirements

Proficiency in the Office package is required. We are looking for you who is a responsible colleague with a strong safety mindset and good initiative and problem-solving skills. Delivering service and quality to our customers and acting in a business-like manner with good entrepreneurship is second nature to us. You speak and write Swedish, preferably also English. Car travel is part of the daily routine, and a Category B driver's license is a requirement.
