Are you a licensed psychologist who wants to use your expertise to build sustainable and high-performing workplaces? At Falck, we focus on strengthening health and giving people tools to handle the challenges of working life, such as stress and conflicts. Your work mainly consists of targeted, shorter interventions at the individual level, where you meet a motivated clientele who want to get back on track and move forward. Falck Health and Working Life is now looking for a colleague to join our practice in Helsingborg!

At Falck in Helsingborg, you will have the opportunity to work proactively and see the direct impact of your efforts, both for the individual and the organization, in close collaboration with our company doctors, physiotherapists, and other specialists. The role focuses on individual-level counseling, although interventions at the group and organizational levels may also occur. You will deliver services both physically and digitally to both local and national customers, providing an interesting variety in your job.

Qualifications:

• Licensure as a psychologist
• Experience in counseling and treatment using methods such as CBT, ACT, or similar
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Good computer skills, along with an interest and preferably experience in delivering services via digital tools and working with online-based methods.

Meritorious:

• Experience working with groups and/or conducting workshops
• Experience with organizational assignments

Other:

Permanent position starting with a 6-month probationary period, start date in September or as agreed. Full-time (100%), working hours Monday–Friday, holidays excluded, 08:00–17:00. The work is performed physically on-site.

The position involves travel to customers and Falck units in the surrounding area (e.g., Landskrona) as needed by the business, meaning you must have a driver's license and preferably your own car for the role.
