Are you clever, imaginative, and interested in communication and pedagogy?

The assistants for this client work from a pedagogical approach and use exercises to support the development of language and independence. They provide support with all aspects of daily life, such as cooking, cleaning, and personal hygiene. When the client goes to "work" (i.e., day activity center), the assistants accompany her, as well as during her active leisure time which includes gymnastics, swimming, long walks, horse riding, and dancing.

To fit this role, you need to be self-assured and grounded. You must be in good physical shape, able to swim and cycle. A driver's license is required, and you must be a non-smoker. You need to be proactive, ahead of the curve, and energetic. Some work experience is required; previous experience working with autism is an advantage.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

The client, who now needs a new hourly substitute, is a happy and active person who loves crafting, doing math, and staying active during her free time. Activities can change quickly.

HOURS AND DEGREE OF EMPLOYMENT

Applies to summer substitute with a chance of continuation in the autumn.

Working hours during the day: day, evening, and night shifts.

SALARY

At Vivida, you as an assistant receive a fixed base hourly wage + vacation pay and any shift allowance (OB). Collective agreements apply.

START DATE

Introduction will begin in July. Start date according to agreement.
