Personal Assistants for a 16-year-old girl living in Bromma

We are now looking for a personal assistant for an active 16-year-old girl who lives with her lovely family in Bromma. As an assistant, you help create a safe and pleasant everyday life based on existing conditions. You provide active support in activities, play, and communication. You assist with all care needs, transfers, and meals. For our client to feel comfortable with you, you must be a positive, warm, calm, secure, and responsive person with great patience. You are proactive, good at reading situations, and able to work independently. Additionally, we appreciate that you are creative and enjoy coming up with new ideas. Since our client is very active, it is crucial that you have no physical limitations or restrictions.

We are looking for you who want to work in a meaningful role long-term, are responsible, and sensitive to another person's needs. To apply for the position, you must be at least 18 years old, provide a certificate of good conduct (extract from the criminal record register), and give two relevant references. At the client's request, we are only hiring female employees. As the family has a dog, you must not be allergic.

Scope of the position:

The position starts in early August and covers approximately 80%. Working hours vary. You will work morning shifts (2-4 shifts per week, 07:00-09:00), evening shifts (16:00-21:00), and weekends with varying times during the day (09:00-14:30) or evening (14:30-21:00). The hours increase during school holidays. Flexibility is appreciated as substitute needs may arise.
