The University College of Vocational Education (YH) in Upplands-Bro is in an exciting phase of development. We are growing, developing new programs, and strengthening our collaborations with working life to meet future competence needs.

We are now looking for an engaged and driven YH Coordinator who wants to help develop our operations alongside us.

Here, you will become a central part of the YH team and a key link between students, educational leaders, instructors, working life, and management groups.

About the role

As a YH Coordinator, you are the hub of the administrative and coordinating work of the operation. You are responsible for creating structure, ensuring quality, and providing support throughout the entire educational process – from application to graduation.

The role involves many contact areas and great variation. One moment you are supporting a student or instructor, the next you are planning a management group meeting, coordinating a training effort, or developing administrative routines.

We are therefore looking for you who enjoy juggling many balls at the same time while having the ability to create order, structure, and long-term perspective.

Your main responsibilities

In the role of YH Coordinator, you will among other things:

• Provide administrative support throughout the entire YH process – from application to graduation
• Work with admissions, student administration, and documentation
• Coordinate course starts, training sessions, examinations, and completions
• Maintain ongoing contact with students, instructors, and collaboration partners
• Support educational leaders in follow-up, quality assurance, and authority requirements
• Contribute to marketing and information efforts related to the programs
• Ensure that the work complies with the regulations of the Swedish University Authority (Myndigheten för yrkeshögskolan)

The work is primarily carried out on-site at our premises in Kungsängen.

About the position

The position is a 50% project employment for 1 year with the possibility of extension. Start date as soon as possible according to agreement.
