The Finance Family is currently looking for a Project Manager specializing in the onboarding of corporate customers for an assignment in Stockholm. The position starts as a consultancy role, with the possibility of extension after the assignment ends. Preliminary start in August for an initial period of 12 months.

About the role

As the Project Manager for customer implementation, you are responsible for onboarding new corporate customers and ensuring a professional and efficient start to the customer relationship. You lead and coordinate the entire implementation process for new customers – from the business decision to full operational delivery. The role involves numerous contact points and requires structure, drive, and strong ability to manage parallel activities.

You act as the customer's primary contact point during the implementation phase, ensuring that agreed solutions, products, and services are implemented according to plan, with high quality and within given timeframes.

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Lead and drive implementation projects for new customers.
  • Create and monitor project plans, schedules, and deliveries.
  • Coordinate internal resources within areas such as KYC/AML, products, IT, and operations.
  • Ensure that customer contracts, documentation, and internal requirements are met.
  • Maintain ongoing dialogue with the customer and internal stakeholders.
  • Identify risks and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Contribute to the further development and efficiency of implementation routines.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Experience working with corporate banking customers and understanding their needs for various payment services (cash and treasury management).
  • Experience in driving projects and coordination.
  • Strong ability to work in a structured and independent manner.
  • Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English.
  • A service-oriented and solution-focused approach.
