Recruiter for our team – Inhouse on Östermalm

Do you want to work close to the business and make a real difference by finding the right people? We are now looking for an engaged recruiter who wants to become part of our team and work inhouse from our pleasant office on Östermalm.

About the role

As a recruiter with us, you are responsible for the entire recruitment process – from job profiles and advertising to interviews, candidate dialogue, and employment. You work closely with our managers and act as a strategic and operational support in recruitment matters.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Driving recruitment processes from start to finish.
• Creating attractive job ads and working with employer branding.
• Sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels.
• Conducting interviews and ensuring quality in the selection process.
• Serving as a valued partner to managers in recruitment matters.

We are looking for you who

• Have experience in recruitment, preferably in-house or from the recruitment industry.
• Are self-motivated, structured, and driven.
• Enjoy building relationships and creating a positive candidate experience.
• Communicate fluently in Swedish and English.
• Thrive in an environment with varying pace and a strong focus on collaboration.
